| [29-Aug-2018] I highly recommend that you do NOT rent from Stan Anderson. First of all, we had some pre-existing conditions that he would not fix after repeated attempts. For example, there was a hole in the roof causing paint to fall from the ceiling when it rained. We first notified him about this in August of 2017 and he has not given an appropriate response, nor has he addressed resulting issues of mold as of this date, August 24, 2018. He promised to fix a light fixture if it stopped working. It was obviously about to go out and was not working properly when we moved in (we had to flip the switch several times to get it to turn on). When it went out in November of 2017 we notified him but he did not keep his promise to fix it. He had us sign a lease that contained the following verbiage that we would "MAINTAIN THE PREMISES AND APPURTENCES IN GOOD AND SANITARY CONDITION AND REPAIR" and then used this as an excuse to do nothing after June 2017, including the above mentioned pre-existing conditions or even coming to look at a refrigerator that was making alot of noise and appeared reaching end of life. As for the refrigerator he said exactly this: "If you decide to get a new refrigerator place the house refrigerator in the garage." Also, the house at 8021 S Estes has no cooling system or attic fan and the main floor got up to literally 90 degrees in the summer.
