COMMENTS (1)

[15-Mar-2024] Binghamton West staff was very helpful any time any sort of issue would arise. Their office staff always got back to me and my roommates within the hour at the latest. The maintenance team was prompt with same day response time. After moving out, I received my security deposit back a week later. They are honestly one of the better landlords in the area. Their website is user friendly and easy to navigate. I lived with them for 3 years while going to Binghamton University before I moved home after graduation. If I stayed in the area I would have stayed with their company.
