COMMENTS (1)
[18-Feb-2020] This is not a landlord you will want to rent from. In the beginning it will seem like she is being upfront but the terms will change constantly based on what she wants in the moment. A revolving door of roommates are also to be expected, along with never ending animal adoption. The house and yard are always in some state of mess or disrepair and she will travel for long periods of time leaving behind dirty dishes and/or garbage for you to either clean up or tolerate until she returns. She is also prone to starting fights with tenants and having Jerry Springer style arguments outside in the yard. Do not recommend
