[29-Apr-2008] Crazy, paranoid old man. He lived very close, and would monitor every minor detail of our lives, including but not limited to: the gravel we moved in the driveway, the length of our showers, the time of day we had visitors, the exact location of our cars in relation to each other, the number of pictures we could have on our walls, the areas where we could walk in our own home, and the location of where we could have carpets/rugs. Complete lunatic. After moving out, he claimed we used nails to hang pictures (which we didn't) and also milked a minor scratch on our front door as a reason to not refund deposit. PROVIDENCE RENTERS--- AVOID AT ALL COSTS
