COMMENTS (1)
[14-May-2008] This landlord does not keep the premises properly maintained it looks like the Adams family lives here. And maintaining in the winter for shoveling & plowing us out was just terrible & sloppy & done when he had time so we are going & coming from work & such with snow covered sidewalks & approaches & driveway was awful, icey sidewalks & such. No light bulb changes until two or three weeks after you call him to let him know there was a light out in the hallway or outside the front door.
