COMMENTS (1)
[28-Feb-2019] I would never rent from the Zenger’s again. Their rental property needs a ton of work and they don’t care. They know there is a leak in the roof and refuse to open up the ceiling to address the sagging in the ceiling, the smell of mold in one of the bathrooms and bedrooms is overwhelming and they don’t care, half of the house doesn’t get adequate heat or ac flow and they just provide a space heater or window ac unit but won’t pay for the increase in cost to the tenant. They also just don’t care about the property itself. There is standing water in the basement and the there was a flood in one of the rooms and they act despicable when asked to fix these issues. The house should be condemned. No one should live in this property. They also do not obey the law and provide 24hr. notice when entering the house.... more like 2hr. notice!! I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN AND NEVER REFER ANYONE TO RENT FROM THEM. SLUM LORDS IS TOO KIND OF A TERM FOR THEM. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM, YPU WILL REGRET IT!!
