[28-Feb-2019] This out of state couple will rent gouge you. In 4 years of renting they have had rent increases as so:
First year: $50
3rd year: $100
This year: $150
After they priced us out of the house they attempted to start doing interior renovations before we could vacate.
The house has a lot of plumbing problems and should be tested for mold. They will deal with immediate issues but expect no maintenance beyond that. Especially cosmetic problems. There's been paint peeling off the exterior for years that we kept asking to be fixed. Rotten boards in the deck, etc.
Also, there are large dying trees in the adjacent property that drop massive limbs on the yard on the driveway. Our car was severely damaged by one of them (shattered windshield, crushed roof). The one tree currently leaning towards the house itself is massive, dying, and a danger to anyone who chooses to live in this house. |
