[07-Mar-2019] I stayed here few years ago, so I thought this review might be helpful for someone planning to rent a room here. Pros: -The neighborhood is really nice. It is quite, safe and, most importantly, very green. Cons: -You need to shovel three times a week at 7am (about which the landlord never mentions before you arrive). -You have to live with the landlord (Linda Copman), who is actually one of the most impertinent and rude person I have ever met. She is so sensitive about everything in her house that if you do one mistake about something, she will start yelling and scolding at you. Basically she treats every tenant like they are trying to damage her house. I think it is some sort of mental illness. She is also very emotionally unstable. She might seem a nice person for one moment, but she can be scolding at you for very simple reasons. Summary: Nice house and location, but something not worth living with the landlord.
