[23-Mar-2019] The landlord of this property 1434 S Quaker Ave Tulsa, OK 74120 did not maintain the building. Tenants dreaded asking for upkeep because they knew it would take many attempts before the landlord made any effort to fix the problem. The landlord did not fulfill requests for safety updates to the building, which resulted in larceny incurred by the tenants. The landlord unreasonably withheld my security deposit. The landlord regularly came to the apartment unit without notice. The landlord repeatedly asked female tenants to join him for dinner and alcoholic drinks. The Tulsa Police encouraged me to take the landlord to the small claims court as they said he is a slumlord.
