[16-Jul-2019] BEWARE! This man has made our tenancy in his rental home a very unpleasant and anxiety-ridden time. He lied to us regarding maintenance of the home (yard work, snow removal) and refuses to complete these tasks saying that we're responsible. He has shown up to our apartment unannounced on two occasions - once actually entered our apartment when we were not home WITH HIS WIFE (we have indoor security footage) and tried to claim that it was an emergency and that he had a right to do so - which this is not the case. He will try to get away with the cheapest repairs possible and only makes repairs at the constant nagging of his tenants....this includes replacing a furnace on one of the coldest nights of the winter while I was 9 months pregnant and we had no heat.

Former tenants have had to hire lawyers just to get security deposits returned upon their moving out. We will not be asking for our security deposit back because we'd rather avoid dealing with this man at all costs - it's a loss we're willing to take for peace of mind.

The list of problems here has continued to grow but is too much to try and explain here - I do not feel comfortable in my own home and live in a constant state of anxiety because of what we have been put through by this landlord. I would hate to see ANYONE have to deal with these problems - don't sign a lease with this man.
