[01-Jun-2008] This place was horrible, they carpets were never cleaned and it was never painted. The previous tenent's were a bussiness and had a horrible little pissbag dog, we can still smell him! So on top of being classified as a bussiness, our utilities were billed as a bussiness, not a residence, which is 3 times more. The property mgmt. did nothing to help us and got mad at us for "Bothering" them with it. They harrassed me saying i had a bussiness because of my friends and my heavy tattoo work, sheesh! And to top it all off there is a tax service up top called "lewmar tax" which is the world biggest firetrap. There is 15 years worth of tax paper scatterd everywhere up there and the 400lb plus owners have bowed the floor over time with their weight. Yard work was never done, EVER! We would constantly get our dedicated space parked in, and the tax place wouldn't have them move so we could park in OUR space! What schmuck's! This was and is an awful place to live and a HORRIBLE proerty management to deal with. Sally tsuisui is a mean,vindictive property management owner and a tuck up woman to boot. She feel's her yacht club buddies (who own our building) deserve the help and we deserve to pay thru the nose and get no help. I couldn't have been more disapointed or treated worse if I had tried. They steal your money with pissant little charges that they don't tell you about then wait 4 months and hit you ginormus sum's of back monies owed. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAUGE!
