| [18-Apr-2019] in a home of 5 girls (one being his daughter-who couldnt have stayed there more than 50 days out of the entire year) this man would let himself in as he pleased and without warning claiming to be there to do repairs, but not a single thing was ever fixed. minus the one time he chose to burn a random pile of leaves. back sliding door would never fully shut, garage broke early on into the lease and was never repaired, promised to put down hardwoods so that the 1/4 of the house that was a concrete slab would be no more, painted random patches of the walls with a color that wasnt the same, and then would turn around (after twiddling his thumbs and not fixing anything) and complain about there being dust on fan blades and that we are actively trashing this home, when in reality the dusty fan was collecting dust because it could not be turned on because of the fear that any day now it is going to finally fall out of the ceiling and decapitate us in our sleep... it was literally 1/4 out of the ceiling and a piece of paper was wedged to close the gap. oh, and not to mention the fear that he might walk in without warning and having to hop out mid shower and put on a towel to run down stairs to see what the dog was barking about- all because there was never any heads up. BEST OF ALL- he actively terminated myself 2 other residents leases without telling us and giving us no warning. screwing us all into a scramble to pack our things and move out and find a place to live to avoid moving back home.... in only TWO. WEEKS. TIME. absolutely awful and wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. | |
