COMMENTS (1)
[02-Jul-2008] The condition of the apartment we rented from this landlord was awful. The wood in the bathroom vanities was rotting, the air conditioning vent covers were falling off, and the apartment was dirty. Every time we called her it would take her at least a week to respond to our calls, if she even bothered to respond to our calls. When we moved out she claimed that we had to pay to fix things that actually broke because they were REALLY old (i.e. the handle of a 12 year old dishwasher) or never maintained.
