[05-Sep-2019] Never, ever would I recommend anyone rent from Ruth Yaskin or her husband, Ernest May. Ruth is somehow both an invasive yet evasive landlord that harassed us from the date we moved in. I implore anyone that does want to rent from her to thoroughly read her lease before signing and MAKE CHANGES that protect YOU and YOUR RIGHTS. My main warning would be to keep a camera in your apartment if you do rent from her - and make sure it records. she will enter frequently.
