[08-Oct-2019] I felt this was an all around negative experience. I find this landlord to be very rude, neglectful of his general duties, unprofessional, and dishonest. He took awhile to replace broken items and generally poor unkeep of the premises in my opinion. There was a very hostile dynamic throughout the move out process. This is the 6th person i've rented from and my least favorite by far-would rather pay to live in a straw hut! It's also a very loud property-prepare to listen to around the clock traffic and voices from 287/S Boulder rd. Follow your instincts.
