COMMENTS (1)
[15-Sep-2019] During the middle of winter, the heater broke down repeatedly, the longest time for over a week. Repairs would last until the next cold snap. A lasting repair was done only after we threatened to conduct repairs ourselves and deduct from rent. At moveout, we were unable to attend the moveout inspection. We were never told of any problems, but when we got the deposit return, we have been fined around $2000 for excessive nail holes. Apparently these were the kind of nail holes that landlords can only fix by repainting throughout with new accent walls and adding other little upgrades all around, then immediately trying to sell the property.
