COMMENTS (1)
[30-Jan-2020] This man lied to me to get me to rent a 2bd.. Claimed he would be doing work to convert a foyer into a 3bd.. When I kept asking him he continued to lie.. Then he refused to remove previous tenants items from property I had to call city to make him remove items. And rent escrow. Then he made up stuff to continuously come over to the property.. He was in my yard all summer and fall. Literally til I moved.. If renting from him if he says he is doing work to a property make him put it in writing.. And I'm sure the house is still a 2bd being rented as a 3bd.. Says use the front foyer as bedroom.. You might as well rent a hotel... I had to get cameras on the property to monitor his outrageous behavior will never do business with him again .. I've been moved now for 2months into new year and he still has not sent my CRP form .. I strongly do not recommend doing business with him
