Lisa Chan is a ruthless, unscrupulous slumlord. This place is infested with roaches, rats, and stray cats. The slumlord is taking advantage of having section-8 and illegal immigrant tenants, who don't know what it means to have rights. They never clean up or take care of the property. And if Lisa Chan can cheat you out of money, she will! They are trying to create a little corner of the 3rd world in California to make themselves rich. Avoid at all costs! | |
