COMMENTS (1)
[16-May-2020] I would avoid renting from this landlord if at all possible. If something is broken it will take her forever to address it, unless it costs her money not to repair immediately (ex: roof leaks). However, when she wants you to do something she expects it to be done immediately and if it isn't she becomes a massive bully. When her husband was the landlord he was amazing. We lived there close to a decade. When he died and she took over, we moved out less than a year and a half. She's just not a nice person to deal with in any aspect. Best of luck if you decide to rent a side of her duplex
