[23-Aug-2008] These landlords are not bad people but the building is in terrible condition and they are not willing to pay to fix anything properly. There is standing water in the basement. In the winter black mold grew everywhere in the bedroom and bathroom. Just before moving out the water heater above us broke and plaster and dust landed everywhere in our closet and bedroom. The landlords barely apologized for this and after doing a half-hearted repair he told us to sweep up the rest of the mess. The place looks ok but it's not safe and the landlords are too tired or lazy to take proper care of it.
