COMMENTS (1)
[08-Feb-2021] I was the tenant here for one year and had many issues that were a health risk, security risk and general negligence of the landlord. - There was a major leak in the roof and our master bedroom flooded. The landlord did not address right away and there was mold discovered. Cleanup required a mold remediation company that had to rip up the walls and roof and put in drying machines and plastic sheeting to limit the contamination. It ultimately didn't get fixed for 4 months. And it wasn't the landlord that fixed it, it was the HOA that fixed it. The roof is still not fixed, there is only a tarp that was put over the leak. - There is a lot of crime on the street. This property faces outward of the complex and doesn't get the benefit of the security staff. There are car break-ins almost on a monthly basis. My house actually got gang tags spray painted on it. The HOA doesn't provide enough security. - The following items were broken and/or not working: dishwasher, sewage smell from drains, garage door, solar power system, security system.- Finally, the landlord is extremely reluctant to complete any repairs that will cause any sort of monetary loss.
