COMMENTS (1)
[08-Nov-2020] Renters beware. We were forced to leave because they did not turn the radiator heaters on to go above 50 degrees. The apartment was freezing. They claim we have the electrical baseboard heaters to be used as “supplemental heating” but our lease clearly states heat and hot water is included in the rent. They refused to come inside our apartment to even look at the radiators. We had to call the town’s building inspector to tell the homeowner that this needs to be rectified immediately but nothing was done. The building has other tenants with developmental disabilities who are forced to use electric heaters when they are on a fixed income and the heat is supposed to be included in the rent. They are scamming people for money and are extremely rude once confronted. Stay away.
