[26-Sep-2008] She's a very nice women, however...She never returns emails or phone calls. Doesn't cash rent checks until weeks after being recieved. Only mowed our lawn twice the whole summer. For college students the neighborhood sucks at the Glenwood rental. As a college student I would not rent from this landlord. As a working adult she'd be tolerable to rent from.
