COMMENTS (1)
[01-Apr-2021] Expensive for the size and condition. Bathroom is outdated and smells come out of the sink hole. Baseboards are not properly secured in many places throughout the apartment. Caulking in the kitchen and bathroom is horrible. The imitation wood floor in the living room, dining area, and smal hallway is cheap and badly installed. The outside of the building is seldom clean, and then only when a unit is vacant and to impress a potential tenant. Overall: only if you are prepared to live a life of expensive and quiet desperation, don't rent at this location.
