| [08-Nov-2021] Apt was dirty, like gross, upon move in. Argued to have him clean it and he tried to charge me instead of previous tenant. The oven was ancient, burner didn't work, he made a cheap repair. Then when the stove caught on fire (so old), he finally realized it had to be replaced! He charged money upon move out erroneously, didn't provide receipt as law required, he finally did after I made such a big deal about it and then the receipt was from his neighbor that helps him on the property. I don't think they really used the money to clean the carpet. I cleaned the carpet when I moved in because it was so gross - it should have been replaced then. The previous tenant had a dog and worked in a restaurant so the floors were greasy and smelled horrible like a dog. This was the dirtiest place I have ever lived, it was horrible. The parking is horrible, 2 of the garages are not 2 car garages like he advertised. The trash dump outside of the apartments smells horrific - DO NOT live in a front facing unit or all you will smell is trash. I was lucky enough to live in the back of the place, but had to endure the trash smell every time I went out to my car. Worst landlord I have ever had to deal with, even worse that the ones that you have to deal with when you were a poor young adult! Horrible! Run like hell from this guy!! | |
