[22-Jun-2021] This landlord is the most useless person I've had the displeasure of working with. Constantly dishonored agreements, extremely cheap, unprofessional, and a fraud. This bitch never did an initial inspection, tried to charge us (employing manipulative practices) for damage that was there when we moved in, incessantly interrupted us in conversation, had every juvenile excuse in the book for reasons why things weren't addressed, would send over her incompetent family members to do repairs inadequately, etc...the list goes on and on. I eventually took her to court and fried her in front of the judge. She was forced to finally pay back the deposit (she paid back the deposit partially before we went to court...but as always, it was returned after the deadline). This woman is WORTHLESS!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM HER!!
