[03-Jul-2021] Moisture problems, bathroom walls emit a bad smell when you shower and drop yellow goo when the moisture builds up.
Several outlets are so slopped out things don't stay plugged in. The main hallway near the garage smells moldy and the floor is spongy.
A window in the living room bad that there is white mold inside of it.
Radiators have had leaking issues. There was a lot of plumbing issues during our tenancy, so expect to see the landlord a lot.

There is no pets allowed, but there will be plenty of ants, ear wigs and drain flies to keep you company.

There is no privacy here. The walls are paper thin, you can hear every move the upstairs neighbors make and you can hear every word spoken from the basement hallway. If you need to pay bills over the phone, you'll need to find a safe place to read your card number. Just in case.

All in all, I'd rate this place a 2/10. It was warm in the winter and cool in the summer. I never needed an ac on the first floor. The place is def haunted, especially the basement. Set up a recorder in the evening and youll hear all kinds of stuff moving around. Even had things thrown across the basement before, things touch us, kids seeing things that are not there. Spooky.

But youll be warm and dry.
