[09-Aug-2021] Leases are set up to only benefit the landlord. The lease only paid the real estate agent if a business opened on the location which required copious amounts of work that was put on the tenet, so often times the real estate agent would recieve no compensation.
The leases are all triple net and do not cover any specific issues that pertain to the buildings. For example the glass was ruined in the space being leased and the contract put the glass repair and maintainence on the tenet.
All the buildings are in poor shape and landlord does minimal required effort to maintain the buildings. Our HVAC was out for over a year and once efforts were made to fix the HVAC it took another 3 months for them to be fully operational and they were still under-performing.
