| [16-Aug-2021] When I moved in there was someone living in the laundry room. The entire two years that I lived there, Greg constantly invaded my privacy and criticized every tiny thing. He would complain if you didn't rip your stiff card stock and cardboard boxes into pieces about the size of your hand. The entire time I lived there he only cleaned the hallway 5 times and would expect tenants to hand pickup pieces of dirt. When I moved out he tried to get me to pay for new kitchen cabinets because the ones in the unit were slightly hanging off the wall. He refused to even entertain the idea that maybe they were old and not installed well to begin with. When my kitchen sink got clogged he yelled at me calling me stupid and asked, "what kind of idiot are you? How stupid can you be?" There was no privacy and he made sure you knew that he was always watching you. The entire place is a dump. It leans like 6" which makes you feel like you are about to fall out of bed. Mice become your friends. You will slip and fall on the icy front steps. I have lived in a lot of apartments with a lot of crazy landlords and this one took the cake. I can't in good conscious let anyone live there. | |||||||||||||||
