COMMENTS (1)
[18-Aug-2021] This landlord, Keith and Donna Hamaker, are CRIMINALS and SCAMMERS. They would only permit rent to be paid via mail, money order or check, and then they would consistently show up at my house unannounced asking for a another rent payment since they had not received the one in the mail. This is scammy, criminal behavior. These people are hurting for money and are trying to get it illegally from their tenants.
