[28-Aug-2021] I moved into Tony Depoy’s apartment he had in Springfield, Illinois and from the jump there was nothing but problems. The cabinets had no hardware, the refrigerator was broken and the lock (it would lock automatically when door was shut) did not work so I was stuck outside in freezing winter and when I called Tony Depoy and told him he told me he was already in bed and thete was nothing he could do. There was a roach problem he refused to do anything about. The pipes constantly backed up and he refused to fix them( my dad who is a contractor) fixed everything for me for free. He was the worst slumlord I have ever had. He will ask for rent early every month then forget you paid him and ask for it again. I would have to prove I had already paid him. He would show up unannounced around the clock. Please save yourself the nightmare. He is the worst landlord there ever was. A complete rude jerk. So many issues that I cannot even begin to describe.
