[12-Oct-2021] delt with a leaking roof top for 2 years. never had it fixed. had our roof fall in the bathroom christmas morning in 2020. bathroom floor was rotted out. landlord had tiles over top of tiles hiding the rot. one day i was using the bathroom and my foot went through the floor. i have told JIM about this many times and nothing was done. the bathroom plumbing is backed up and the pipes leak. the roof in the shop below has black mold and the walls are rotted out. and sewage leaks from the pipes above. avoid renting from jim in olcott and newfane he is a slum lord and has gotten in trouble for this before.
