COMMENTS (1)
[04-Nov-2021] This landlord doesn’t use a written lease or rental agreement. The house upon move in to move out had black mold. The house had many half finished projects including the ceiling on the first floor. The house has a damaged staircase. Tenant experienced issues with key more than once and never received a new one.
