[11-Dec-2021] The landlord refuses to do repairs, theres no privacy because she refuses repairs on the front door buzz-in system, so the property manager buzzes in every guest or amazon delivery for you if he‘s home. A registered pedophile sex offender lives in the building and keeps getting away with criminal stuff. They do not give you an inventory sheet when you move in, some tenants did not even get a contract at all, and people are moving out left and right because of the constant police visits and physical/verbal altercations involving the property manager. It could be a beautiful place to live if the landlord wasn‘t so negligent.
