[07-Mar-2022] I would not rent from this landlord again or live in that house if it was owned by someone else!!

Not properly insulated. You can hear everything. The heat on the second floor doesn’t work in 80% of the apt. The electric is not hooked up properly you pay for part of the basement which belongs to the first floor tenant.
