| [14-Feb-2022] The Landlord, Pawel, and Renata Paradysz did not upkeep the property and allowed the pool to become a hazard. They did not touch or take care of the pool for two years. In the contract, they were responsible for the pool, but failed to maintain it, and weeds grew out of the pool, and mosquitoes infested the backyard such that the backyard was unusable during the hot months. When they tried to fix broken items in the house, he would break them while trying to watch a youtube video on how to fix the issue. He never hired a professional. They harassed us constantly and were photographing the property constantly. They created conditions that did not allow for quiet enjoyment of the property. MOSTLY, when the Covid Pandemic hit with full force and the State shut down the businesses, they ignored the executive orders and mandates, and secretly took clients into their business. They would ask clients to park down the residential street or in the parking spaces that were designated for our family only. Note, the business is attached to the house, and so they placed our family in great danger. I will not say whether or not you should or should not rent from them, but this is simply a recounting of facts. | |
