COMMENTS (1)
[14-Mar-2022] Kept $220 of deposite for item LL/homeowner said was left behind by previous tenets and we could have it if we wanted. It was not listed in the lease as item that came or stayed with property. Also charged for keys we never received since LL/Homeowner at initial walk through said he had number locks on front and back door and garage openers. At walk through LL said house looked great and was very clean (I have him on video saying so) then charged $325 cleaning fee. House is outdated 80s through out and charges $3150 for rent and $3500 for deposit. Front porch sinking and sinking fast. Sauna in basement looks great but does not work.. LL told us whole lot was ours, he was allowing friends to store boat&trailer in back yard. They kept showing up at any time day and night with no notification. At one point a random rv showed up in the back yard for over a week and he had no idea who's it was. Could have been stolen,, could have had illegal things in it then one day it was just gone. Had kids playing on the trailer one night. When I told them to get off of it and out of our yard they said it was ok for them to be there because it was their trailer. We have a very large dog that is indeed a guard dog and if he had been out when any of these ppl showed up it could have been bad for them and the dog. When we told the LL we needed proper notification of his friends coming onto our property he changed his mind that now it was not our property even though we pay for it and have a signed lease and the whole back of the lot was not our and was off limits to us "according to the lease". This was NOT stated in the lease. RE-Avail Property Management is a brand new company run by 3 friends who know nothing about laws and how to actually run a property management company. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.
