COMMENTS (1)
[18-Apr-2022] Rats, mold, landlord threatened to sue all but one tenant living there while I was renting. Left a resident with a broken toilet and told the resident plumbing was their responsibility to fix. Told another tenant they had to pay thousands of dollars to have their kitchen floor leveled. Pretended to live with one resident during fire inspections which is illegal; she felt threatened and reported him to police. Misused a tenant’s social-security number, and left batteries in a tenant’s ashtray to see if they’d explode and hurt someone. NOT SAFE TO RENT FROM THIS LANDLORD
