COMMENTS (1)
[19-Feb-2009] He refused to abide by the terms of the lease. Lease stated that when damage occurred to the house making it inhabitable that percentage of the house would be deducted from the rent. There were numerous water leaks into the basement ruining our rugs, couches and other misc items. Precautions weren't taken until the 2nd water leak to prevent a 3rd. 3rd came from a drain. He also ended up charging us for a new garbage disposal, he deducted it from the security deposit - something we didn't break or even knew was in the house. He rented it to us under the impression that the intercom system in the house worked, it did not. That the central air-conditioning worked, it did not. I WOULD NOT LIVE IN A PROPERTY OWNED BY THIS MAN AND SOMETIME UNDER THE WIFE'S NAME: RHODA.
