| [12-May-2022] Antonio Fabrizi's apartment 2F should not be rented. This landlord is attempting to steal my entire security deposit by claiming it was a "holding fee" and did not mention collecting a deposit explicitly in the lease agreement even though I have receipts, emails and verbal confirmation that it is refundable. If you attempt to assert your rights as a tenant, he will threaten legal action. I was left in a dangerous situation with another hostile tenant and was forced to pay two months' rent even though he found a sublet, by threatening legal action. I was extorted out of thousands of dollars by this landlord. Don't do business with this landlord and please do your research. |
