[19-May-2022] The home was in very good condition when we moved in - but we didn't realize the landlord would keep our entire deposit when we moved out. He billed us an outragous amount to "restore" the house to like new condition. He also insisted on entering the home on a regular basis to "clean the air filters" but he was really spying on our family. Zelnik acts super nice at the beginning, but once we signed the lease agreement he turned into a maniac. Don't walk away from this property, RUN!!!
