[25-May-2022] WHERE DO I BEGIN...The landlord left us oftentimes without heat , on days when temperatures were as low as 40 degrees I documented this every time (photos). They stole our electricity to build a new apartment in the garage, which led to days without power. This project was said to take 2 weeks and went on for almost a year, constant hammering and noises. It was so bad I decided to leave. Joseph Longhitano and wife Liduvina Longhitano literally kicked us out of our rental on our last PAID day living there. The wife got in my face and called me terrible names (entire interaction is on video). I have never been treated this way by a landlord especially a place where we paid such an expensive rent(over 6 six figures in total). SCARY EXPERIENCE PLEASE BE AWARE.
