[20-Jun-2022] This landlady is a COMPLETE REPEATING RIP-OFF of tenants SECURITY DEPOSITS! Even if you pay 100% of your rent, in-full and on-time! She will also NOT reimburse for reasonable repairs (e.g. defective shower head!). She has been SUED IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT, and has an active judgement against her (by me!). She insists on rent payments via "Zelle" (to prevent her back account from being known!). She counts on ripping tenants off, and them NOT FIGHTING BACK! The house in question is in the name of her husband's "software business" that she hides behind (and deposits rent and security deposits into!). DO NOT RENT FROM THIS RIP-O-OFF LANDLADY!
