COMMENTS (1)
[01-Jul-2022] Shauna Fox is the WORST person I have ever lived with/rented from. Me along with past residents have lived there before have been harassed and mistreated. Landlord threatened to shoot “trespassers” (talking about me, the renter) and gave me a 30 day notice over me not cleaning the litter box after a couple days. Has verbally abused me and tried to lie about the room being “damaged” from cat pee which never happened. Has let random dogs into my room without permission and came into room without 24 hr notice. Tried to evict me just to hurt my record (Shauna lost the trial though because she obviously was doing everything illegally). Also never fixed the door knob to my room (renters room) and it’s almost impossible to open. Has turned off my power multiple times. Calls me multiple names. She is VERY mentally unstable and refuses to get help so she has what i believe is manic episodes. I would suggest you don’t move in with her unless you want to be verbally abused by her when things don’t go her way.
