[15-Jul-2022] Marla is the kind of nightmare landlord everyone hopes to avoid. She’s sneaky and shady and will do all she can to get every last penny from you. Upon move-out, I am owed $550 of my security deposit, but Marla continues to try and avoid me. She will not return calls, answer emails, etc. I am going to have to take her to court to get what is mine. Please AVOID this woman at all costs. She is untrustworthy and unprofessional. Her only motive is to get everything she can out of you — ethically or not.
