COMMENTS (1)
[19-Feb-2009] 1) Craig extremely obsessed over plants that died during out tenancy. The two that died were incorrectly placed in the direct sunlight and though we attempted to keep it alive by adequately watering them, they died anyway and we were wrongly charged for them. 2) During our tenancy, several repairs were promised and were not fulfilled. 3) Cheap carpet was installed prior to move in that would come apart with even the gentlest of vacuuming. We brought this up to him several times and were told not to worry about it, only to be charged when we moved out. 4) Craig would "drop-by" without notice which wasn't an issue except for tenant laws on privacy. 5) There is a severe energy drainage occuring on property, even when all of the breakers were turned off and Craig would not address the issue, nor reimburse for money lost on the electric bill. OVERALL, he was the worst landlord that I have ever encountered. He is extremely anal retentive about the small issues and lacks the professional responsibility of a successful landlord.
