| [08-Aug-2022] Avoid this landlord and property at all costs. Thanasi is a monster. He purposely abused the lease agreement to coerce money out of me. He has filed a lawsuit against me and has no remorse or care, even though I am in the right. After working with my bank and resolving all the issues created by him I was able to recover any "financial damages" he claims he received yet he still pushed a lawsuit. It appears he purposely withheld my rent payment check for 20 days to claim I was late despite the fact I have proof I paid on time. Also, he has failed to pay the penalties and existing fees for the water utility bill from the previous tenant or himself, whomever accrued the debt - this is not my fault and not my requirement. This guy is horrible! Never fall victim to his evil tricks as a lawyer in which he will coerce money out of you on purpose. He doesn't care, he just wants your money. He is short tempered and yells intensely when confronted. He has a God complex and will talk down to minorities and women. He seems like a psychopath or a narcissist. He is no stranger to lawsuits as he sued his own mother and father to capture their trust money and assets which were awarded to himself and his brothers. This man must be avoided. | |
