COMMENTS (1)
[22-Sep-2022] At first he was good. He did not do any make ready to the apartment when we moved in. It was dirty and there was food in the fridge from the previous tenets. Carpet was dirty and stained. Toilet had a leak, fridge did not close properly and garbage disposal did not work and there was trash and gunk inside of it so we couldn't use that side of the sink because it wouldn't drain. He said he would have the toilet fixed, that never happened. He said he would get us a new fridge and that never happened. Leak in bathroom got worse by the time our lease was up. We had to place a bucket to catch water and make sure it was emptied regularly because it filled up overnight. We had paid 7 months in advanced but only had 4 months left of our lease.. He didn't give us the difference back or all of our deposit because he took out for pets our roommates had, which that was understandable but the other balance he owed us he kept. Our fault I guess for giving him more than we should have. I guess he needed it more than we did. Good thing we had money saved for our move.
