[29-Apr-2023] Jim Eiberger is a disrespectful landlord. I would not trust anything he says to you in person because he may not back in up in writing. He often shows up at the property without notice and with no explanation. He requires all maintenance requests to be mailed to a PO Box so all repairs take at least several days if not more. He may try to get you to send in a holding deposit before showing you the lease which in my opinion is a shady practice. He has withheld thousands of dollars in disputed charges from previous tenants.
