[15-Sep-2022] Upstairs neighbor had a leak and it ruined my kitchen. 6 months later it still has not been fixed and I have been unable to use the kitchen. He calls at 2am, spams via text and call. Has anger issues and shows up to apartment unannounced. Do not move in, he will harass you especially if you are a female.
